Peace Waves

Surprises are fun but sometimes knowing who gives you a gift enhances the value of the gift!!

From the journal. . . . March 2020

.  .  . Lord, when I ran yesterday You gave me such joy.  I don’t think I really get endorphins when I run. I usually am just glad when I’m done.  When I was doing my cool down, I went out on the pier.  I raised my hands to You in praise.  I prayed that mankind would call on You, like You want them to.  That they would seek, find, and hear from You.  Especially during this time of ‘plague’, the COVID-19 pandemic.

Then, You revealed things to me about Sandra.  She believes You when You speak to her and when You show her favor – she knows it’s a gift from You.  And she receives it with joy because it says so much more than the gift itself.

And I Believe God said:

She seeks Me and she finds Me.  Things don’t always go well for My children.  But I am always present.  I give them the fruit of My spirit.  You know that I do.  It’s the joy spurts, the peace waves, and the love that wells up at unexpected times.  Those are gifts from Me to say ‘I love you’ and ‘You are not alone’.  As you recognize Me, that fruit multiplies.  I don’t change every circumstance but as you look to Me, I work it for your good.  You will see miracles.  I give sight to the blind.  I give hearing to the deaf.  I give light in the darkness and I reveal truth to the deceived.  Believe in Me.  I am with you and I am for you.

  1. I am excited about what God is doing Diane. We are in this strange time of being so limited in what we CAN do, but we are learning is to be so much more appreciative, attentive and thankful to our Lord because, YES he is for us, we CAN recieve that any time anywhere and in any circumstance!!! Thank you dear friend?

  2. This came at a good time! For me, there’s nothing like being near the water – and praising God on the spot. It sets everything right. Perspective aligns.
    Thank you Diane!
